Job Title: Sales Maestro (because negotiator is just too serious!)
Location: Huddersfield (Not the one in Hogwarts, but close!)
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 D.O.E (Dough, Opportunities, and Excitement) + Bacon Sandwiches
OTE: Up to £30,000 uncapped (the sky's the limit, or at least the OTE!)
Work Hours: Mon – Friday 9am – 5:00pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 1pm

Key Responsibilities:
Property Premiere Director:
- Unveil properties like a Hollywood blockbuster premiere.
- Answer inquiries like you're the director of an Oscar-winning film.
Viewing booker Virtuoso:
- Book viewings for the viewing team, so fantastic they deserve their own fan club.
Offer Maestro:
- Promote properties like they're rock stars.
- Negotiate offers like you're haggling for the last chocolate chip cookie.
Feedback Fun:
- Provide vendor feedback regularly, because everyone loves a good review.
- Seek price reductions – because who doesn't love a good bargain?
Communication Connoisseur:
- Keep everyone in the loop like a professional hula-hooper.
- Ensure stock retention like it's the secret sauce of success.
Business Bliss:
- Work the CRM like a pro DJ, spinning opportunities left and right.
- Generate business like a magician pulling rabbits out of hats.
Maximise the Mayhem:
- Maximise opportunities for introductions, lettings, legal services – basically, be the Oprah of opportunities.
Conducting Comedy:
- Conduct telephone calls with a dash of humor – because laughter is the best medicine, even in real estate.
Performance Party Planner:
- Monitor daily activity goals like you're planning the best party in town.
- Compile performance figures – because you're the maestro of metrics.
Ambassador of Awesomeness:
- Be an excellent ambassador – delivering a high service level and collecting positive feedback like they're trading cards.
Requirements:
- Ideally, 12-18 months of negotiation experience.
- Hungry, proactive individuals with strong selling skills and a secret stash of dad jokes.
