Job Title: First Response Technician - Fire

iO Associates is currently seeking a First Response Technician - Fire to join our client, a company dedicated to providing straightforward and reliable claims solutions. Specializing in household and motor insurance claims, the company places a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in construction or building works.
Fundamental computer skills required.
Familiarity with the insurance claims process is preferred.
Previous exposure to damage restoration is desirable.
Knowledge of asbestos awareness is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage instructions and communicate clearly with policyholders and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct timely onsite inspections, and coordinate cleaning and debris removal.
Ensure efficient work completion, meticulous documentation, and safety compliance.
