An INCREDIBLE opportunity to be the driver of new business for a RAPIDLY growing and HUGELY successful Glazing Company! Completing luxury and bespoke glazing services to high end clients all over the UK. They offer a motivational, flexible working environment with HUGE POTENTIAL in career progression. They are looking for a passionate and ambitious BDM to join their team and really drive business growth.
In this Business Development Manager position you will be responsible for:
- Driving business growth for the company, developing a network to attract new clients and researching new market opportunities.
- Proactively building relationships and strategies for winning new business.
- In office and out of office business development, travelling to potential clients and online networking.
- Manage development plans for business and revenue growth.
- Implementing initiatives for new target markets and leads.
- Pursuing business leads and carrying them through the sales cycle process.
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
- 2 years of experience in new business sales- with a strong track record of winning new business/clients.
- Ideally experienced in the window or construction industry.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will need to possess a great amount of enthusiasm and drive to elevate business for the brand.
- You must be well organised and punctual to maintain a high standard in all areas of this role.
- You will need to be proactive in your approach to winning new business and developing the brands presence in the market.

The Package
A basic salary of £45k (negotiable for the right candidate) is available for the Business Development Manager with an uncapped commission structure.
