Job description
This trendy, well-known womenswear company is looking for a PR & Marketing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. They offer versatile and feel-good styles for women. In this role, you will be supporting the PR & marketing teams in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns.
Duties include:
- Responsible for coordinating press events and product launches
- Maintaining and updating media contact lists, monitoring social channels and assisting with the development of marketing materials.
- Assist in the coordination of press events, product launches, and influencer collaborations, including managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovative ideas.
- Provide administrative support to the PR and marketing team, including trade marketing
- Monitor media coverage and social media platforms for brand mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement or outreach
The candidate:
- At least 1 year's experience in a PR or marketing role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proficient with social media channels, content management systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for trends, story telling and fashion
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
