Job description
A Legal 500 law firm based in Manchester is recruiting for a Legal Personal Assistant (PA) to join its growing legal support team.

In the role, you’ll be supporting a senior lawyer one-on-one, managing their diary and correspondence, liaising with clients and colleagues, arranging travel and providing support in meetings. You’ll have excellent exposure to senior figures across the firm and have a team of other PAs to lean on for support.
The firm highly values its support team members and provides lots of opportunities for learning and development as part of a clear progression structure. There are no blockers to progression, with senior and team lead positions available as you develop.
The firm has several employer awards and accreditations, demonstrating the way they look after their team members and the opportunities they provide their teams to progress and enjoy coming to work each day.
There is a flat hierarchy and an open-door policy with directors, so you’ll be valued as a person rather than a number.
The right person will have legal PA experience and be looking for a firm they can stay and grow with. Please note, law graduates without prior experience won’t be considered.
