Job Description
Duties
* Supporting with administration tasks related to all HR topics and key processes, such as workforce budget, recruiting, performance management, welfare & compensation under the guidance of the People Vice President.
* Accountable for operational HR activities such as the administrative parts of hiring and onboarding processes (CV sifting, arranging interviews, drafting offer letters and contracts, sending references, induction support).
* Responsible for organisation and maintenance of employees' personnel records/files and HR Information, Time Management and Training Systems.
* Manage employee data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
* Managing the payroll processing and pension payments.
* Acting as a point of reference on HR-related issues for all the colleagues in UK&IL (around 60 people), located in Accrington, coordinating meetings with Management/People department, drafting basic performance letters under guidance of the People Vice President.
* Provide administrative assistance during formal HR meetings, including note-taking and transcription.
* Monitor and identify learning needs, working with Learning and Development team to book in any required training.
* Support People Vice President with the implementation of new initiatives and group communications.
* Supporting with and contributing to execution Organisational & People Growth initiatives and projects (e.g. Employee Satisfaction survey, talent development, succession plans, implementation of HR Global Guidelines & Policies, training initiatives, etc.).
