Overview
A successful company in the healthcare sector are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and previous product management experience to join the team.
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
The Role
- Managing the product lifecycle, by immersion in research and analytics, writing strong specifications, prioritizing, testing and enhancing
- Proposing and agreeing KPIs for the brand websites and apps, and client projects
- Delivering new features or projects on time and on budget against the brands’ roadmaps and tracking their success through close monitoring of KPIs
- Working with the team to specify new features and writing user stories to ensure features are optimized to meet the needs of users and clients
- Identifying key items for user testing, developing test protocols, facilitating testing with the technical and editorial team and prioritizing user stories according to testing output
- Liaising with clients through the project delivery cycle from specification to development, delivery, and reporting
- Working to maintain and develop an awareness of competitors and sharing this within the organisation
- Performing product training and creating related documentation for internal teams as needed
- Supporting external product-related marketing, publicity and customer service activity
- Analysing data outputs from the products (e.g. Google Analytics) to assess success of development work performed, and to inform new product development initiatives
- Actively participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing information and ideas to the brands’ roadmaps
- Maintaining the issue tracking database, ensuring it is well maintained and used by all stakeholders
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous experience within a similar role is a must
- A marketing background would be highly advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen sense of commercial awareness
- A strong understanding of the product delivery cycle, from specification to development to delivery to reporting
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with various stakeholoders
- Digitally savvy with an exceptional understanding of the latest developments in digital
