One of the most exciting and well know names in the industry is offering a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Engineering Manager to join the top defence and nuclear company in the UK.
- Job Role - Engineering Manager
- Location - Warrington (Hybrid)
- Contract Length - 12 months
- Pay Rates - £600 a day (INSIDE IR35)
I am looking to speak with engineering managers that are coming from a nuclear or defence background and have a strong knowledge base at working on some of the most complex engineering challenges in the industry.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver and assist in the new processes/equipment to be used in the supply chain in the relevant areas for building services.
- Mobilise resources safely and efficiently in a timely manner
- Ensure the delivery of critical licensable designs in accordance with client organisation agreements
- Stakeholder management and the ability to manage SQEP resources is key
Required Systems Usage:
- Meridian
- BIM/CAD software
- Specialist client specific modelling software
- Microsoft/Adobe
Required Skills:
- Degree in a STEM discipline, equivalent NQF level 6 or experience to the equivalent level (Professional membership desired).
- A vast background in engineering management and a deep understanding of building services
- Working appreciation of nuclear licensed sites
