1st Line Support Engineer - Coventry
Typical responsibilities will include: - Taking initial day to day calls
- Raise tickets
- Password Resets
- Check through the day and logging calls in the Support Mailbox
- Setup New Starter Accounts
- Creating New Starters Accounts (Profile Setup / IAM / Homepage / Outlook / Skype / Printers / Map Drives/Teams etc.)
- Process Leaver Accounts
- HP Laptop / Desktop Orders including Accessories
- User Printer Setups, Drive mapping
- Laptop / Desktop Upgrade - Memory / Hard Drives
- Off the shelf Software / Application Installs
- Desktop/End user break fix support
The Successful Applicant
1st Line Support Engineer - Coventry
A successful IT Support Engineer should have:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Proficiency in various software and hardware systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Confident verbal and written communicator with both clients and peers.
- Ability to research new products and information around technical solutions that provide answers and solve problems.
