Job description
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of quality assurance activities across the factory. This will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality objectives and performance metrics.
- Conducting regular internal and external audits to monitor product quality, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality management system requirements.
