Our Client is one of the UK's fastest growing Utilities infrastructure providers, with a network work
of depots across London & the Southeast of England. They are looking for gas main layers to join their team.

As a gas main layer you will be will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas mains and pipelines. This role demands a skilled individual with technical expertise in gas systems and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• To report all accidents and near misses
• Lay and repair gas mains and pipelines in both urban and rural settings.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on gas mains to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Be available for emergency call-outs to repair leaks or damages to gas mains
• Required availability for possible on-call duty during evenings and weekends to address gas-related incidents.

You will need:

• Energy and Utility Skills Register (EUSR - SHEA Gas)
• NCO(2) Service/Main Layer (up to & including 355mm/2bar)
• UE2 & 3-5
• NRSWA Operative card
• CPCS
• SCO 1, 2 & 5 (Desirable)
