About The Role - Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant at our SLD / ASD School, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and guidance to students with Severe Learning Disabilities. Your responsibilities will include not only academic assistance but also offering emotional support and fostering independence in daily activities. Your compassionate nature and patience will be instrumental in helping our students achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to implement tailored strategies that address the unique needs of each student.
