Due to phenomenal growth in the past 2 years, we are now seeking a Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts with a strong focus on digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies using predominantly digital channels, and driving ROI through effective use of Google Analytics and analysing campaign performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of crafting compelling marketing messages and leveraging the latest digital marketing tools to achieve business objectives. A significant part of this role involves working closely with the sales team on lead generation techniques to ensure a seamless alignment between marketing strategies and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Development and execution of traditional and digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across channels.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from conception through to analysis.
Use Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and user engagement metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
Develop targeted marketing strategies for platforms owned by Google and Meta, ensuring high visibility and engagement within these digital ecosystems.
Monitor and analyse telecom market trends, identifying successful strategies and innovations that can be implemented within Octaplus to maintain a competitive edge.
Creation of high-quality marketing content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters and digital ads.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions across various platforms. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and targets.
Person Profile
Bachelor's degree and/or qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role with a significant focus on Google and Meta strategies, content creation, campaign management and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and data analysis software.
Proven ability to analyse ROI and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with outstanding writing and content creation skills.
Extensive experience with social media strategy and management.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
