Job description

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a new challenge in Northampton? Or are you currently registered with another Teaching Agency but not getting enough work?

I have various schools in and around Northampton area looking for passionate Cover Supervisors who are confident when dealing with behaviour management. I have exclusive agreements in place with some Northampton schools, which have a huge demand for Cover Supervisors on a regular basis.

Aspire People are looking to appoint confident, flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for regular work at schools based in Northampton. The Cover Supervisor positions will start asap. This will be based around your availability and/timetable. Aspire People are looking for excellent classroom practitioners with good classroom management skills.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be qualified to Degree Level and will have a passion for working with children. Work will include the supervision of the whole class during short-term absences of class teachers under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, delivery of pre-prepared exercises, managing student behaviour and assisting students in relevant activities in line with school policies and procedures.
