Quantity Surveyor
Milton Keynes
£50,000 - £80,000 + Training + Progression
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an ambitious and growing Civil Engineering company, who specialise in Residential Civil Engineering projects but also work within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. With this opportunity there will be great opportunities for training courses and to gain further qualifications, as well as progression opportunities to Senior Quantity Surveyor then to Commercial Manager.

This company specialises in Civil Engineering projects mainly within the Residential sector working for some great clients within the indsutry. They also work on projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. This company offer a variety of services for their clients, ranging from pre-construction services, groundworks, infrastructure and civil engineering works amongst other services. Their continued delivery of high quality services to their clients has allowed them to grow which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and ambitious team.
Within this role you'll be one of the points of contact for commercial queries and actions on projects. You'll be responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers for projects and agreeing payments with them. You'll prepare and submit applications for payments, project variations and design changes. Finally, among other responsibilities you will help prepare and complete progress updates on projects and ensure they are running to budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential or Civil projects and will have great organisation skills to help ensure commercially projects are running smoothly. As well as having good communication skills and to liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers well.

- Experienced Quantity Surveyor within Residential or Civil sector
- Hardworking, good communication and oranisational skills
- Has full UK Drivers License
