Job description

Sirona Medical are currently looking for an ANP to work agency shifts in our clients Urgent Treatment Centre based in Sunderland

To be considered for this role you need:

Job Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (within last 3 years),
• Professional registration check (e.g. NMC),
• Prescribing evidence (can be evidenced on prof reg e.g. V300),
• Validated confirmation of right to work,
• Vaccination evidence (Rubella & Hep B),
• proof of indemnity,
• statutory and mandatory training evidence (must be aligned to Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF): BLS (face to face within last 3 years AND/OR Resus L2 Adults & Paeds within last 12 months),
• Equality, Diversity & Human rights (within last 3 years),
• Health Safety & Welfare (within last 3 years),
• Fire Safety (within last 2 years),
• Infection Prevention & Control level 2 (within last 12 months); Moving & Handling level 2 (within last 3 years),
• Safeguarding Adults L3 (within last 3 years),
• Safeguarding Children L3 (within last 3 years), Prevent Awareness L3 (within last 3 years),
• Information Governance & Data Security (within last 12 months)
