Key Responsibilities:

• Input trade orders into Sage Line 50.
• Check the accuracy of orders and follow their progress through to being delivered. This involves working with our warehouses in the UK and the EU using warehouse management systems.
• Maintaining sales records, and compiling sales reports. You will liaise with other departments, to maintain adequate stocks.
• Complete new line forms for new listings, manage and keep records of customer promotions
• Updating stock levels on website, Amazon.
• Complete export documentation for overseas customers

The successful candidate will have:

• Cheerful and efficient customer service and problem-solving using initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team, persistence and to work well under pressure in a fast-growing business.
• Advanced EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT
• Have a good working knowledge of SAGE Line 50 accounting.
• Have previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably the food industry.
• Be able to work to tight deadlines with a flexible working approach to varying work loads.
