Integrum Power Engineering Part of the OCU Group is an electrical engineering design & build contractor and ICP specialising in high voltage power transmission & distribution projects. Our industry sectors include utilities renewable energy rail and private networks. We offer engineering services across the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies and design through to installation commissioning and asset management.

About the job

We are recruiting for a Resource Manager. Firstly and importantly youll be joining a welcoming and supportive team of experienced engineers who are passionate about supporting each other and our customers. The core business works on an exciting range of HV projects renewable energy ICP and EPC projects transmission & distribution commissioning projects and largescale railway electrification projects. We are rapidly expanding our team so its a great time to join the business.

This role involves resource planning commercial management and contract administration as well as the traditional project management competences.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with human resources to find hire assign and train personnel needed to complete projects.
2. Understanding the skills of the companys staff to properly assign people to projects based on their experience and skills.
3. Supporting and training employees.
4. Balancing workloads among staff and improve employee satisfaction.
5. Working with executives and other decisionmakers to make sure an organization has the resource they need to deliver upcoming projects.
6. Line management of core Operational Resource Team including: Site Supervisors Electrical/Wireman andJointer/Fitters
7. Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.

2. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
5. Experience in within a management position
