We are working with one of the UK's largest property recruitment firm who have been operating since 2009.

They cover a range of roles across property and the house building sector, they specialise in roles within land & planning, sales & marketing, quantity surveying & buying, and more.

Trainee recruitment Consultant - £23K + Uncapped Commission OTE £27K

Given a crash course in recruitment where you learn everything you need in order to be a successful consultant, from putting CVs onto their database through to making client calls.

• Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates
• Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets
• Client relationship management through attending meetings, visiting clients, attending events and much more
• Utilising searches, calling, networking, LinkedIn
• Using internal CRM database
• Building market intelligence

Requirements:

• They are looking for people who have excellent communication skills - can you speak confidently to directors and ask them questions?

• Degree-level education - open on degree group and grade

• Evidence of working hard and achieving something, could be university but they also want other examples

• Must be living in a commutable distance from Canterbury
