APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR - CRM - Customer Relationship Management - Circa £35k

I'm currently representing a market leader who are currently looking for a skilled IT Application Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Group's applications. You will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of various software applications critical to our business processes.

This role will primarily focus on administering our core applications such as Customer Relationship Management and the Contract Centre tool: rectifying user incidents, fulfilling service requests and escalating issues to the development team when required.

• Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools
• Knowledge in Contact Centre tools such as Amazon Connect or similar.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining enterprise-scale business applications.
• Experience with setting up Single-Sign-On and configuring Multi-Factor Authentication.
