This is a great opportunity to join a global manufacturer in High Wycombe. We are looking for a senior marketing manager with proven strategic experience, exceptional communication skills and a passion for all things digital.
You will be responsible for driving their strategic plan and delivering multiple campaigns for a growing brand, this role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary £55,000 – £60,000 depending on experience, plus up to 10% annual performance related bonus.
This role offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
Duties:
- Strategically plan and execute a detailed schedule of integrated marketing activity for the year throughout Europe
- Multichannel delivery across SEO, PPC, E-mail marketing and website management across EMEA
- Managing multiple IT projects, including connecting the EMEA trade catalogue to their new PIM system
- Working alongside the new CRM instance to implement a new marketing cloud solution and e-mail strategy
- Grow customer loyalty of the brand, increasing reviews and building a community
- Maintain good relationships with their distributor network and identify areas to collaborate on campaigns
- Approving all digital content in line with brand guidelines, including adverts and website assets
- Successfully manage multiple agencies to deliver plans throughout the year
- Management of 3 marketing team members
- Monitor and track the digital marketing budget
- Constant review of campaign performances, adjusting KPI’s to reflect and reporting to marketing director on ROI and success
- Keep up to date with market trends, industry news and competitors
Experience Required:
- Proven experience working with PPC and SEO campaigns
- Strong understanding of GA4 and HTML
- Experience working with a CMS platform (knowledge of Drupal preferable but not essential)
- Experience working with Salesforce (preferable but not essential)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a meticulous approach
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
