Job description

Looking for and experienced telesales and admin person.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a Telesales/Administrator, your daily routine typically consists of:
• Contact current customers and potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Dealing with day-to-day emails in a timely manner
• Dealing with paperwork on a daily basis.
This role will also include administrative tasks to be completed. You need to have a good grounding of Word packages.
Personal Attributes:
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience working within a sales/admin based role
• Outgoing and the ability to instantly build rapport
• Confident in cold calling and picking up the telephone
• Good written and verbal communication
• Client focused approach
• Following up leads
• Comfortable with technology and data inputting
• Experience working on Microsoft Office programmes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have strong attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy, with a 'right first time attitude'.
• Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Be an 'ambassador' for the business and build and grow relationships with key clients
• Take ownership of the task in hand
• Use of initiative and able to work proactively
• Flexibility and adaptability to adapt to changing priorities
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am until 4p.m, early Finish on a Friday - 8am to 3pm
