We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a background in Engineering or related degree, to lead and manage healthcare projects within KSA.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a steadfast commitment to driving safety and quality values while possessing extensive experience in managing projects from inception to completion, particularly within the healthcare sector. This role requires a clear understanding of the patient journey.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Champion safety and quality values throughout all project phases.
- Manage and oversee the execution of healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance in design management, emphasizing energy efficiency, natural light optimization, and sustainability.
- Utilize stage gate control methodologies to track design progress against cost targets.
- Manage projects within fixed consultancy fee budgets, optimizing resources and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior employees within the region, fostering professional development and knowledge transfer.
- Leverage AI and digitization tools to streamline project processes and improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate familiarity with healthcare terminology and infrastructure requirements, including shielding, HEPA filters, wayfinding, and integrated bedhead units.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, capable of preparing high-quality presentations and reports with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations within Saudi Arabia and beyond.
- Maintain a calm demeanor and flexibility in handling challenges and inquiries, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- BSc Engineering or related degree
- A clear understanding of the significance and meaning of the “Patient Journey.”
- Strong written and verbal English language. To be able to also communicate clearly in Arabic and advantage.
- Full familiarity with Microsoft Office and be able to prepare 1st class PowerPoint presentations & reports which need only a cursory check before submittal.
- Team player willing to be flexible when required to assist with bids / holiday cover of other team members etc.
