Job description
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role sits within the Performance Marketing team and reports into the Senior SEO Manager.

- Work on SEO content strategy alongside the Senior SEO manager.
- Contribute to planning, reporting, and optimisation.
- Compile keyword research, develop and implement comprehensive keyword strategies for website optimisation to improve search engine rankings and keyword visibility.
- Create content briefs and write landing pages. Optimize on-page elements to align with SEO best practices and enhance user experience. Understand what the ‘searcher intent’ is for a page and create engaging, converting content.
- Audits: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address website performance issues, implementing best practices for site speed, mobile responsiveness.
- Performance: Utilize SEO tools to monitor website performance and track key metrics.
- Generate regular reports to showcase insights and performance against objectives.
- Collaboration: Work with different stakeholders from Communications,
- Engineering, Product, and Content to ensure SEO is fully understood throughout the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Tech teams to align search engine optimization priorities with upcoming sprints, and current and future roadmap.
- Innovation: In close collaboration with the Senior SEO Manager, explore, brainstorm and implement cutting-edge strategies and structures to adapt to industry changes and improve website performance.
- Communication: Regularly communicate SEO strategies, updates, and performance metrics to internal teams for feedback and collaboration.
ABOUT YOU:
- 3-5 years experience managing SEO campaigns from content creation, to tracking, to reporting to uploading.
- Highly proactive in seeking out new traffic opportunities and ways to improve conversion.
- Experience collaborating with other teams across a business, such as Engineering and Communications.
- You are User First, you want to create useful and interesting content that ranks and converts.
- Strategic thinker who is hands-on, has a growth mindset, and business impact understanding.
- Resilient, persistent, and creative, with an ability to find innovative solutions to technical hurdles.
- Experience working with challenging marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Team player with the ability to effectively communicate performance, strategy and priorities.
- Experience with any SEO tools - We use ahrefs, GSC, and Sitebulb.
- Enjoy keeping up to date on SEO trends and updates.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

- Familiarity with Tableau
- Experience with Contentful CMS
- Experience with multi-language domains
- Additional languages; French/German
- Off-page or digital PR experience
