Parts Supervisor
- A competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 basic p.a.
- Profit share is divided between employees which equals an average of £2,000 p.a.
- Full time hours during the week starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm.
Parts Supervisor required for Automotive Client located in Tiptree.
We are recruiting for a Parts Supervisor for our Client’s Family Run Business. As a Parts Supervisor for our Client you will be responsible for supervising a team of Parts Advisor.
The salary on offer for this Parts Supervisor is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £30,000.
The hours of work in this Parts Supervisor role are full time hours during the week starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm.
Parts Supervisor Person Specification
- A previous working experience as a Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
The responsibilities of this Parts Supervisor role are
- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
