Job description

This role is a full-time position in the private in a Cheadle, Cheshire Inpatient, CMHT service; it offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. The trust is seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Eating Disorder Psychiatry to start asap and to work 3 days a week in an 11 bedded eating disorder unit. Your core responsibilities would be to help assess, diagnose, and oversee the mental health of patients in your care.

Position: Consultant in Eating Disorder Psychiatry

Hours: This position is a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week 

Setting: Inpatient, CMHT

Location: Cheadle, Cheshire

Dates: This position is available on an ongoing basis.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Requirements:

• You must have a full GMC licence to practice
• Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
• Section 12 approval is essential
• Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
