Learning Mentor
Salary: Scale 5 (Scale 6 depending upon experience, proven time in a school)
Full Time 32.5 hours ( 8.30-3.30 half hour lunch, term time only)
Permanent
Start date: September 2024 , or Summer 2024 if possible
Queensbridge Primary School is a very happy, thriving two form entry with 440 children, a Children’s Centre and an Autism Resource Provision. In January 2024, we remained outstanding across all areas in our Ofsted rating. Our Children’s Centre Mapledene is also Ofsted Early Years and Extended Services outstanding for work in the local community. Queensbridge has a longstanding relationship with UCL (was IOE) and is a Specialist Partner for Initial Teacher Training.
Our Pastoral Care Team works across all key stages. We are looking to appoint a strong, dynamic, enthusiastic LEARNING MENTOR to join our already established fabulous team on a permanent basis.
Our ideal candidate will already have proven experience of being a LM– creative with strong behaviour management skills. It is also beneficial if you are DSL trained. It would be great if you have experience of tracking pupil premium and attendance also as key skills.
