Production Team Leader Permanent Position Flexible start/finish times ASAP Start Cambridge Production Team Leader The Production Team Leader will have the following responsibilities: - Leading and developing a team of manufacturing technicians to achieve production gaols
- Providing clear instructions and plans toward team members, striving to achieve an efficient yet collaborative production working environment
- Working closely with production planning to ensure sufficient allocation of resources in line with production schedules. This may include monitoring or adjusting production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensuring company quality control measure are adhered to. Conducting regular inspection and corrective actions to address any issues
- Drive process improvement and a lean manufacturing ideology on site.
Production Team Leader The Production Team Leader will require the following experience: - Must have held senior/lead/management experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Electro-Mechanical assembly experience (Advantageous)
