This global premium retailer is looking for a store leader to join its growing team. The company offer a variety of different products and take pride in delivering a high level of service throughout stores. The role is centred around driving service through your team to ensure customer experience is always first class. The role will also entail motivating and developing your team to fulfil their potential. Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a large team, overseeing both shop floor and back of house operations, and will demonstrate strong leadership skills. Prior experience with KPI`s and meeting commercial targets will also beneficial.
