Key to their continued success is the hiring of a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join their team to drive prioritisation and focus on the most critical actions to drive trading performance.

The successful hire will thrive in spotting opportunities across channels and take the lead on implementation in platform if necessary.

The role:

• Develop and implement channel strategy with the help of internal teams and 3rd party agencies including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display

• Collaborate with colleagues on multiple objectives - brand, performance, trading

• Work with the creative team to ensure assets are optimised for channels

• Regular reporting back to key stakeholders on performance and timelines

• Managing 3rd party agencies ensuring the completion of WIP tasks

• Contribute to team trading and performance calls

• Develop and implement channels strategies with internal channel leads and agency partners

• Cross channel support - helping with experimentation and test & learn

• Management of the digital content calendar

• Digital ad creation across multiple platforms

• Daily optimisations - including but not limited to ad changes, audience updates and KPI alterations

The person

• Experience working across multiple digital / performance channels in a D2C / ecommerce environment
• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• A great communicator who can engage at all levels
• Able to deliver on performance marketing objectives
• Highly numerate
