• Experienced in automotive service advisory within the automotive industry
• A interest in cars, particularly the Mercedes-Benz marque

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Skills and experience to present additional vehicle repairs to customers
• Experience in the use of aftersales systems

The Role: Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Dartford

• Greeting customers
• Documenting customer concerns and communicating these to the technical team
• Providing customers with detailed explanations of service work, costs, and timeframes
• Managing and updating customer service records
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure service quality
• Following up with customers to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
