About the Role
Team Member at M&S Coventry Station
Everyone regardless of age starts on £10.42 per hour
Additional £1.20 for hours between midnight and 6am
We are looking for Part Time(16 hours) Team Members to join our fantastic team at M&S Coventry Station.
As Team Member, you will be working:
- shift starts as early as 6am - please check your transport connection prior to applying
- shift finishes as late as 12am
Please note shifts may vary.
Responsibilities for Team Member:
Demonstrate knowledge of M&S products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
Maintain all unit displays in accordance with M&S standards
Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
Stock movement, deliveries and replenishing
Date rotation and price reduction
Requirements for Team Member:
Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol
