HR Business Partner (Recruitment)

2–year Fixed Term contract
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner on a 2 year Fixed term contract.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture, ensuring a successful recruitment process and providing expertise and support to relevant line managers.
The Role:
Manage a transparent and legally compliant full–cycle recruitment process.
Manage multiple hiring and competing demands for positions in various country locations.
Work in partnership with hiring managers to attract talent and a diverse workforce.
Provide expertise on labour laws and cultural consideration to inform HR strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's global objectives.
Provide expertise on labour laws and cultural consideration to inform HR strategies.
Provide expertise and support to relevant line managers to ensure that all people management activities throughout the recruitment process are performed in an appropriate and professional manner.
Requirements:
Experience working as a HR Business Partner
CIPD level 5 or above qualified (or equivalent experience)
Proven International Internal Recruiting Experience with
Previous experience in managing end–to–end internal recruitment processes on an international scale.
Proven experience implementing and delivering projects.
In depth knowledge of international labour laws and regulations.
Organised and capable for recruiting for high volume and for niche roles for all business areas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High levels of attention to detail and discretion.
