Job description
The post holder will work as part of a team responsible for the effective and efficient administration, planning, monitoring, coordination, record keeping, invoice processing, expenditure / budgetary reporting and database maintenance of the management of service contracts across the Trust in accordance with Estates and Trust Policies and Procedures. The post holder is required to provide leadership and supervision to the other Clerical Officers working in the team and deputise for other Clerical Staff within the Estate Services as required. .
