Job description
Senior HR Advisor needed in Kidlington.
The hourly rate is £23.09ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will support the council in delivering its business objectives to the residents through a high performing, capable and motivated workforce by providing professional HR expertise on employee relations, performance management and attendance.
They will promote best practice standards of people management and contribute to the continual improvement of professional, expert HR advice and practice across out workforce.
