Cutover Mgr (Oracle ERP Cloud)

Job description
We have an opportunity for a Cutover Manager on a contract basis. Remote working with a little travel at important project phases.
Contract until September 2024
The role holder will finalise the cutover strategy and plan as well as managing the cutover, including management of risks and issues.
Skills/Experience required include;
- An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
- Experience of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project lifecycle is preferred but any ERP system can work
- Deep understanding of Data migration cycles- Extract, Transform, Load, reconciliation etc.
- Experience of managing large external and internal teams.
- Experience of implementing systems with various third party systems (upstream and downstream).
- Excellent matrix management and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities and carefully manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues independently; taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
