Job description

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturer & supplier who are market leaders within their niche field. They supply a selection of the UK’s largest supermarket retailers including Sainsburys and Lidl. Due to exciting plans for expansion, they are eager to recruit a Quality Systems Co-Ordinator to join their ever-growing team.

The successful candidate must have previous experience with machine design, chemicals and food safety, with the ability to work well with your hands and design skills and knowledge. In return, you will receive a starting salary of £25-30k based on experience.

You will be contracted 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am-2:30pm on Friday. Overtime is available during peak periods.

• Auditing process records and creating reports on performance
• Meeting product standards during the manufacturing process and driving for higher standards.
• Meeting standards, including product and customer technical requirements.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental standards are being met
• Supporting the Stock Controllers with on site inspections
• Ensuring on site hygiene standards are maintained at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• Health and safety knowledge
• IT experience – Microsoft office, Excel
