• A basic salary package between £35k - £42k, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the core infrastructure team to design and implement server architecture solutions.
• Perform regular patches and updates to ensure the stability and security of the server environment.
• Manage backup technologies to ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities.
• Develop and maintain server/desktop virtualisation solutions to optimise performance and resource utilisation.
• Maintain DNS and DHCP services to ensure smooth network operations.
• Administer and support Microsoft Server, SCCM and VDI environments.
• Utilise Scripting & process automation skills using PowerShell to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• Great skills and experience with a range of major IT infrastructure service systems such as but not limited to backup technologies, Microsoft Server, SCCM, Citrix/VDI and virtualisation technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of current Microsoft server operating system environments.
• Proficiency in Scripting & process automation with PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
