Location: Bootle, Liverpool

Ideal candidate skills

Previously worked, oreducated, in a related industry architecture, design, joinery, interiordesign, sales, marketing

Knowledge of a designrelated software: Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp etc

Knowledge of thebuilding or joinery trade

Necessary Qualities/Skills

Good manner withcustomers

Previously worked in acustomer facing role, preferably with general public

Organised, goodcommunication skills.

Candidate Responsibilities (definite)

Be front of house forcustomers entering showroom.

Help customers withtheir design.

Estimating jobs based ona surveyor report.

Quote jobs and sendingthem to customers.

Following up onquotations and liaising with customers

General customer servicetasks, answer calls, taking enquiries, process payments, process orders,print delivery notes.

Candidate responsibilities (possible)

Produce content forsocial media profiles.

Produce design drawingsfor customers.

Attend site at times tohelp with customer design.

Process some supplierorders where necessary.
