Our client is hiring now for Account Managers could this be you!
KEY INFORMATION:
- Offering a salary of 11 11.50 per hour based on experience
- Located near Walsall West Midlands
- Permanent fulltime contract
- Working hours are Monday Friday 8:30am 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Tasks
- Acting as the main point of contact for key client accounts
- Liaising with customers and clients facetoface by phone and via email
- Providing regular account updates to clients as required
- Producing detailed reports and creating PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting with business development and client retention
- Developing realistic growth plans for accounts based on reports
- Upselling crossselling and recommending suitable products and services
- Multitasking whilst working to strict deadlines and changing priorities
- Identifying areas of improvement within the operational delivery of services
- Other clientfacing and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service environments
- Must demonstrate great relationship people and resource management skills
- Proven experience of business development is essential
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to develop strong working relationships at all levels
- Good call control and complaint handling skills are essential
- Should offer strong leadership or coaching experience
- Must be highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
- Should be adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
- Experience within the waste management industry is advantageous
- Should be confident presenting ideas to Senior Management
- Must be a great team player who can motivate others well
