Job description
Our clients very busy setting in Croydon is looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the management team in supporting the day to day running of their Nursery. On great transport links and with great salary supporting a 40 hr working week.

Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
