• Excellent salary up to £34,000 (DOE) (£42,500 FTE)
We are currently seeking a Practice Manager to join a well-established, independent small animal practice nestled in a serene village of Surrey. Situated at the foot of the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty, our client has earned a stellar reputation for delivering top-notch care and prioritising the well-being of both clients and patients.
As the Practice Manager, your role will encompass leading the administrative team and providing support to the clinical team. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and development of the practice while offering crucial support to the clinical directors. Oversight of Health and Safety and the implementation of HR protocols will also be part of your responsibilities.
Joining this remarkable team, which includes 3 Vets, 3 RVN's, 1 SVN, and 2 VCA's, you will collaborate with an experienced reception team that boasts a low staff turnover. Their RCVS accredited practice offers a comprehensive range of services, from routine healthcare to surgery and K-laser therapy.
