Job description
Endeavour Multi Academy Trust is seeking to recruit a high calibre and committed trustee. We are seeking those who can support in the areas of Education, HR and Legal to join our Trust Board and vibrant community of four schools.
To excel in this role, you will have proven experience of working within the charity sector, working as a non-executive director, or have held some other strategic leadership or governance role.
You will contribute to the work of the Board in ensuring high standards of achievement for all the children and young people in our schools by ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction, holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils and overseeing the financial performance of the schools and making sure its money is spent well. Trustees are also responsible for ensuring that the Trust and Trust schools always adhere to our ethical principles.
