Property Manager - Residential Lettings

Job description
Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Property Manager within Residential Lettings on the Edinburgh market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned company, who have a presence right across Scotland. In order to be considered you MUST have at least one years experience working within a similar role and the client are offering a fantastic salary package as well as genuine opportunity to grow and evolve within the company.
Main duties:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, maximising fee income as well minimising arrears
- Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times
- Manage the full life-cycle of the rental, from marketing and compliance checks right through to move in and planning inspections
- Dealing with maintenance and contractor requirements quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with all aspects of the administration of the property, supported by the in house admin team
- Providing exemplary customer service to clients and tenants alike, ensuring the company's reputation continues to go from strength to strength
Skills/Experience:
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar role within Residential Lettings
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and oral
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Confident when dealing with clients and customers, including face to face
- Knowledge of the Edinburgh property market
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise workload
