Regional Senior Human Resources Manager (EMEA)
Location – Based from Daventry Northants NN11 however will be required to travel to Dunton Essex SS15
Hybrid working – 2/3 days in the office at either location
Salary – £80,000 - £100,000 plus free onsite parking & fantastic company benefits
Full-Time Permanent Role - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week between 8 am – 8 pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
The Senior Manager of People Innovation for EMEA plays a strategic leadership role in overseeing and enhancing PI functions across the EMEA region for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and administration of Percepta’s personnel, employee development, and employee relations for our largest geographical region. The position involves formulating and executing PI strategies to work collaboratively and assist with engagement, compensation, benefits, timekeeping, and talent acquisition as needed. This role is also responsible for multiple sites which hold our largest population of employees and all PI Services programs within the EMEA Region.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
Staff and Department Management
- Develop and implement PI strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational growth and success in the EMEA region.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on PI matters.
- Direct and manage a team of PI staff responsible for recruiting, administration, personnel file maintenance, and employee relations.
- Interview, select, and train employees.
- Follow the compensation program and work with the Global Compensation team to determine pay rates and annual merit increases based on performance results.
- Direct and evaluate performance through the performance evaluation process, one-on-ones, corrective actions, etc.
- Plan, direct, and distribute workload to department members.
- Make decisions regarding types of merchandise, materials, supplies, or equipment used.
- Recommend changes in status (promotion, demotion, transfer, etc.).
- Administer disciplinary actions as required.
- Develop the annual PI budget and manage expenses accordingly.
Human Resources Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, and team leaders to spread PI competencies throughout the organization.
- Clearly understand and communicate the organization’s mission and values.
- Manage the functional areas of Employee Relations and Workers Councils (when applicable) for each location within the EMEA region.
- Partner with Director, Global PI to direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of employment law policies and programs including Equal Employment Opportunities to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for leadership training on PI related topics such as interviewing skills, harassment, discrimination, employee relations, policies, etc.
- Implement programs as developed and directed by Director, Global PI, and VP PI.
- Monitors and identifies employee engagement in Percepta. Recommends potential solutions including enhancements, changes, rewards, recognition, communications, etc. and partners with the Employee Engagement team.
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures at the site level, working with peers to ensure continuity across all locations with similar laws and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with all country regulations as related to PI.
- Develop staffing strategies, implementation plans, and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization.
- Participate in SOW process, maintain client relationships, program launches and transitions, along with Limited Serve responsibilities.
- Oversight of all employment legal issues within specified region, with escalation and visibility to Director, Global PI, and VP PI.
- Work on special projects with regional Ops leadership across the board, as requested.

- Provide and facilitate development opportunities for staff members.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Global team, ensuring communication, transparency, and best practices across all regions, locations, and the globe.
- Promote DEI&B initiatives to create an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
- Implement strategies to promote equality and fairness in PI practices.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on key PI metrics.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Expert experience as a strong HR Generalist experience.
- Proven experience in an HR Management role.
- Proven emphasis on employee relations and recruitment.
- Proven experience in coaching employees and managing through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
- Proven experience in employment law, EMEA-specific (UK, Germany, South Africa).
