Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-known Fabrication & Welding company in their search for a Machine Shop Manager to work in their workshop based in Wem.

For the successful Machine Shop Manager our client is offering:

1. Annual salary up to £36,000-£40,000 per annum (D.O.E)
2. Monday to Friday, 7:30-4:30 with a 12:30 finish on Fridays
3. 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
4. Company pension 
5. Permanent Role

The Role - Machine Shop Manager;

1. Managing a team within the Machine Shop
2. Managing a team of 14 within the workshop
3. Hands on management position
4. Planning work and adhering to deadlines
5. Ordering materials
6. Overseeing health & safety within the workshop
7. Working on the tools if required
8. Liaising with the other Workshop Manager & Factory Manager

What our client is looking for in a Machine Shop Manager;

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
2. You MUST have an Engineering background and have experience with CNC Milling, Lathes & Manual machines - ESSENTIAL
3. Competent with Microsoft Office Packages - ESSENTIAL
