This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled Artworker to join a new team of brand creatives. This team will be instrumental in helping us to celebrate all life’s moments with our colleagues, customers, and Partners.
As one of the top five best big companies to work for, we are committed to progressing our creative ambition and believe that this new team will help us achieve that. The Artworker will support the Senior Creative Designer and Content Designer with creative projects for both online & offline media.
This role is integral to supporting our evolving brand by updating our existing assets as well as developing new ones to support our brand, communications and colleague engagement.

We operate smart working principles at cardfactory, combining some days working from our support centre in Wakefield (1-2 a week) with some days working remotely from home.
Reporting into the Senior Creative Designer to create both internal and external brand assets and communications.
Working with colleagues across the business on briefs as well as working alongside our creative agencies to further develop our creative concepts and bring them to life with our customers.
Work on in-store POS, marketing campaigns, colleague communications, packaging and more.
Handling image and copy with a keen attention to detail.
Create high quality channel ready artwork across a range of media.
Maintaining the integrity of the brand guidelines on all finished outputs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet required deadlines.
Checking artwork on a technical level and taking in to consideration how will work with finished products eg cutter guides, colour proofing, preparing for print and supplier specifications.
Ensure jobs are stored and filed on the network within company guidelines.
Experience working on and understanding creative designs for retail & digital channels.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
The ability to work both on team and solo projects confidently.
Ability to communicate with agencies and colleagues on all levels.
Have a positive and energetic ‘can do’ attitude, as a real collaborative team player.
Strong time management skills.
Previous experience of print processes and their variants.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
