Project Sales Manager
Wales
£60k (can be negotiable depending on experience PLUS OTE £80k!!
PLUS attractive car allowance or company car
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is recruiting for a Project Sales Manager to join their team in South Wales.
This role would suit someone who has a wealth of BMS experience who is interested in coming off the tools into a sales based role where their opportunity to earn is uncapped!!
BMS experience is necessary, however the design and sales element can be taught by a supportive and established team – all you need is the hunger to succeed!!
My client specialise within building management solutions and does everything from design, installation and service and maintenance within building management system solutions..
They work with a range of interesting and high end contracts across the country!
The role of a Project Sales Manager: - Work with existing customers to ensure that we are maximising sales opportunities to maintain, retain and grow customer accounts across the different services offered
- Identify new opportunities within the market to generate new business – freedom to work across a range of sectors ensuring the sky is the limit for your earnings!
- Work closely with internal teams such as designers, project managers, installation and service teams
- Manage the process from start to finish with regards to initial quote for the customer, design, negotiations, working closely with the projects team to then final handover
- Providing support to project managers and ensuring to always keep the customer updated and have their best interests at heart
- Consult with customers about new ideas of solutions that can be offered within the building controls industry
