Title: Siebel CRM Tester

Duration: Annual Extendable

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end testing for Siebel CRM.

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases.

• Conduct regular regression and performance testing.

• Identify and track defects, collaborate for resolutions.

• Manage test data and document results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Siebel CRM Tester with a focus on end-to-end testing.

• Strong understanding of Siebel CRM modules and functionality.

• Proficiency in creating and executing test scripts, test cases, and test plans.

• Experience with regression testing, performance testing, and defect tracking.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
