Benefits Team Leader

Permanent Post

37 hours per week

Grade E1 - £31,364 to £33,945 per annum

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Warwick District Council Benefit Department as a Team Leader.

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience working in a Benefits (HousingBenefit and Council Tax Reduction) environment who is IRRV qualified. The candidate will also have a minimum of two years of experience managing or supervising a team in a Local Government or similar environment.

Additionally, the candidate will possess a demonstrable experience of –

The intention is for the postholder to work from home.However, office and hybrid working is also available.Whilst home working is offered for this role, it is a requirement that the successful candidate be available to attend meetings at our offices within Warwick District when required. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate.
